Can I put a reservation on a cabin or yacht?

When you see the right option for you, reply here on email that you'd like to "hold" a cabin or yacht. We check availability and confirm on email.

This 'reservation' in your name is for 3 days. If we don't receive an extension or booking request from you within this 3 day period, the cabin or yacht automatically reverts to public availability.

How do I make a booking?

We need to receive booking requests in writing on email or with our booking system built into the website.

All bookings are processed in date order so send us an email reply before your hold expires that you'd like to "book".

We will then reply confirming the booking. You can pay through the website or direct through Stripe.com

What is an extended reservation?

Many guests need more time to organise their full travel plans so we offer up to 3 reservation extensions.

Note 1: You will need to inform us before the previous reservation expires otherwise it automatically expires.

Note 2: Extended reservations are not possible if it is less than 8 weeks before the start date.

What are your payment methods?

The main payment method is through our secure online booking system. Or you can send the total amount via Stripe.com​

Can we book our flights through Getaway Sailing?

No. We can't book flights for you. You will need to book your own flights but we can help with searching the best flights from your chosen city to be closest to the marina.

Do you accept payment in other currencies?

Our online booking system and PayPal.com will help convert currencies automatically online so you dont have to worry about a thing. 

When do we pay for yacht diesel?

Refuelling the yacht will be done by your skipper on the last day of your trip. You will pay this directly to the fuel station or fuel truck.

Mallorca is Cash & Card. (Always bring some cash to be safe)

What is your cancellation policy?

Monies paid are non-refundable unless a replacement booking is found by the guest or Yakira Crew up to 15 Days before booking. All replacement bookings incur a EUR 75.00 change fee.

Note: Adding guests to the maximum allowable for the boat is not a change if done one week before the start date.
